Coes Farm is a family-run, 500-year-old estate in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the High Weald, East Sussex.

The 50-acre farm includes formal gardens, lake, wild woodland, sheep, chickens, an organic cider orchard, and 7 acres of organic vines.

We have a The Granary, The Orangery and two Shepherd's Huts - Pigion Hole and The Sett available for holidays and short breaks.

Our facilities include an indoor pool with hot tub, games room and tennis court.
