Perfect for families, couples, and multi generational holidays for long or short stays.  Each cottage has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of your group, with flexible sleeping arrangements, peaceful nooks, comfortable beds, wi-fi, & flowing social spaces connecting the inside and out.   Each cottage has a hot tub, private garden, outside seating, & allocated parking.   Oakwood West is situated close to Chichester & Bosham, it's a beautiful spot with woodland, meadows, beach side walks, including the golden sands of West Wittering beach, & loads of fantastic attractions close by.

Lucky's Stable is the largest cottage, sleeping 6, with fabulous outside living space. Sofas surround an outdoor fireplace, and built in BBQ.  Dip in the hot tub and then relax on the deck, cocktail in hand, as the stars fill the sky above.  Inside are flexible sleeping arrangements, a dining table for shared meals and a woodburning stove for cooler nights.

"A very well apppointed holiday let. Kitchen well supplied with all you could need, Comfortable beds. Delightful patio area with garden furniture and facilities for barbecue, and. added bonus - a hot tub. The surrounding neighbourhood has lots to do and see. Birdsong all round, a relaxing holiday. Really recommended."

Silhouette's Stable is perfect for up to four.  Relax in a stylish kitchen with your family & friends, before heading out to the deck to enjoy the sound of birdsong and the scent of lavender from the planters as you sit back in the hot tub.   There are two double bedrooms upstairs and two beautiful bathrooms.

"It was our second stay, and not our last.Sarah as always was extremely helpful. Accommodation was spotless. Everything was perfect. Location excellent for museums, west wittering beach, walks, town etc. Adults, dogs and kids all happy! We will see you soon I’m sure…."

Fern Lodge sleeps 6. It has a fabulous master bedroom with a canopied ceiling and a secluded balcony looking to the South Downs, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening tipple.   Downstairs there's another bedroom with access onto the deck, and a curtained alcove bed handpainted with the night sky above.  The garden has a gate that looks over into the wildlife meadow, you can watch deer and birds forage from your hot tub.  There's space to play in the garden and a fire pit to enjoy toasting marshmallows on.

"We had the most wonderful time staying in Fern Lodge. The property is beautifully decorated and to a very high standard with everything you need for a great family break. We particularly loved the hot tub and outside space. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the meadow. The locations is great for day trips too. We would definitely recommend this property and love to visit again. We were sad to leave!"

Meadow Hide sleeps 4 and is a perfect hideaway for a peaceful break.  Large picture windows overlook the wildlife meadow, it's picturesque as the sun sets.  There's a secret terrace with two swingseats that is a perfect spot to relax in.  Fire up the BBQ, sit back in the hot tub, enjoy yoga on the deck as you're surrounded by nature. It's a space to recharge yourself. 

"We had a lovely two night stay in Meadow Hide. It was cosy, clean and well equipped. The hot tub was a great bonus plus the swings! The setting was so peaceful but was close to lots of things to do. Will definitely come back another time."
