The Flint Barns Bed & Breakfast

The Flint Barns are beautifully restored farm buildings that have been converted into a Vineyard B&B. Rustic and homely, there are 10 en-suite bedrooms of varying sizes, each designed with their own character. Family-owned Rathfinny Wine Estate is a pioneering grower-producer of English sparkling wines. Situated in a picturesque valley near the charming village of Alfriston in the South Downs, the Estate offers exceptional dining and wine-tasting experiences alongside cosy accommodation option.

Established in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver, Rathfinny crafts world-class Sussex Sparkling that embodies the unique South Down terroir. Over the past decade, it has earned a reputation as one of England's finest wine destinations, with two restaurants on the Estate including the Michelin-recommended Tasting Room restaurant in the winery.

Located a couple of hours from London, Rathfinny provides the ideal base for exploring the local art, history, landscape and world-renowned wines of Sussex.
