The Nest is situated in such a peaceful, unspoilt location in the East Sussex village of Danehill and within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty designation. Enjoy the utmost privacy with all the comforts of home and a true connection to nature. 

 

The Nest is a hidden gem, beautifully and luxuriously interior designed with a bright open-plan layout. Sumptuous four-poster bed, comfy double sofa bed, Egyptian cotton bedlinen, marble tiled bathroom, dressing gowns, fluffy towels, and quality toiletries provided. Sleeps 4. You’ll have a cosy electric fireplace by the dining table/workspace and lovely seating area with Smart TV, and selection of DVDs and board games. French windows throughout open to the uninterrupted views of the woods beyond. There's a fully equipped kitchen downstairs with all home from home cooking essentials, Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast bar. You will even have your own pretty garden area with table and chairs to relax with a glass of something and dine al fresco!

There’s also fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected and secure onsite parking. The popular and charming Coach & Horses gastro pub in Danehill is just a 2-3 mins stroll away and there are glorious woodland walks and cycling from your doorstep.

 

There are many and varied local attractions and places of interest to explore for all the family, including the Bluebell Steam Railway, Sheffield Park National Trust Gardens, Wakehurst Place Botanical Gardens (Kew) and the vibrant historic towns of Lewes and Tunbridge Wells. Brighton Marina, the South Coast and South Downs National Park are within a 45 mins drive. Lindfield and Forest Row villages amongst others, are only a 10-15 mins drive away and offer an eclectic mix of artisan shops, cafes, and public houses. Guests love the convenient location. Only 45 mins by train from London Victoria/London Bridge to Haywards Heath railway station and Gatwick Airport just 35 mins by car or 15 mins by train from Haywards Heath. The 270-metro bus to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead is less than 5 mins walk away.
