We have eleven double rooms in what was formerly a hop barn. In addition to our rooms, we have two luxury Bell Tents within the grounds, with private terraces and firepits. These are bookable seasonally from April through to September.

All rooms include a farmhouse breakfast the following morning with Bed & Breakfast.

To enhance tranquillity and immersion, our rooms are TV-free, allowing guests to fully unwind and connect with their surroundings. Instead, enjoy the charm of a Roberts radio and embrace the serene, authentic Tillingham experience. Wifi is available in the main buildings.

Whilst we don’t like to exclude anyone from Tillingham, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 in our rooms or the restaurant for lunch or dinner (this includes newborns).
