Set in the heart of the UK’s pioneering rewilding project, Knepp Wilding Kitchen is a hub of community, nature and food. The land-to-plate menu is shaped by the seasons and inspired by Knepp’s rewilding ethos. Celebrating the best seasonal ingredients, from slow-grown meat directly sourced from Knepp’s land and partner farms, organic produce from the on-site Market Garden and sustainable fish caught by day-boat on the British coast, where available.
Accredited for its culinary excellence and sustainability commitments, Knepp Wilding Kitchen serves thoughtfully crafted dishes that let delicious ingredients shine.
Open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, and supper on Saturday evenings. Friday Night Barbecues with live music are available to book throughout the summer season and Fireside Fridays are available through autumn and winter.
