The Seal has been established for over 40 years and is a family run business on the West Sussex coast. The restaurant offers fresh local produce from the extensive local farming community and locally caught fish including bass, crab and lobster. The pub next door offers live music and entertainment with a range of fantastic ales from local breweries.
