About

Ambriel is a single estate winery. Our grapes are grown a mere hop, skip and a jump away from where we press and ferment them into wines. We nurture them from grape to glass.

Founders Charles and Wendy are hands on and hands in. As self-confessed control freaks they take charge of every aspect from grape to glass. Wendy grows the grapes, Charles ferments them. Blending – somewhat appropriately – is done together. They sip and slurp their way to stunning Sparkling Wines.

Ambriel offers a range of experiences from wine tastings in their barn or garden terrace, to tours of the estate and a chance to hear their story.
