If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to spot water voles in their natural habitat, why not head to the Arundel Wetland Centre and hop on board its Wetland Discovery Boat Safari? The free boat trip takes you through the wet meadows and woodland carr on this fascinating 20-minute ride. You might even be lucky enough to spot the elusive warblers hiding in the reed bed or birds of prey soaring above you. All boats are wheelchair accessible and life jackets are provided. There's also so much to see as you walk around the centre! Don't miss the Pelican Cove where you can meet the Dalmatian pelican (the largest and rarest of the pelican species with a wingspan up to 10 feet).
