About

For 950 years, this Cathedral has stood at the centre of life in Chichester, welcoming thousands of visitors and pilgrims to discover its rich sacred heritage. The Cathedral is open Monday - Saturday (9:00am - 5:00pm) and Sunday (12:30pm - 2:30pm) and admission is by donation (recommended £5.00 per visitor). There are drop-in guided tours with tickets bought from the Cathedral Shop, self-guiding leaflets for those who prefer to wander at their own pace, and special trails for children. The cathedral is also host to accommodation in the heart of Chichester City centre, if you’re looking to extend your stay.
