About

Situated close to Bexhill-on-Sea in East Sussex, Cooden Beach is a delightful coastal destination featuring an extensive shingle beach segmented by wooden groynes. When the tide is low, sandy flats emerge, perfect for strolling and paddling. The beach attracts kite surfers and windsurfers, though jet skis are not allowed.

A key advantage of Cooden Beach is its excellent accessibility. A railway station is conveniently located right on the beach, and there is parking for visitors arriving by car. Additionally, the beach is dog-friendly, with bins provided for easy cleanup. Please observe all local signage.
