GloWellbeing has added a ‘Glo-rious’ SAUNA to compliment all the wonderful services we already offer. 

Come and try our thermotherapy, wood fired sauna housed in a converted horse box for a maximum of 6 people

We have a galvanised bath for water immersion and the sea, when tide allows, is there for an invigorating splash or swim

Changing robes, sauna hats and large buckets for personal belongings

Communal booking - 1 hour (£15 pp)

Private bookings - 30 mins (£40), 1 hour (£75)

Silent sauna (communal or private same price as above)

Team building saunas (as priced above)

Private business meetings (what’s not to love…. as they will get ‘heated’)
