Nestling at the foot of Firle Beacon on the South Downs in Sussex, Middle Farm is a 625 acre working family farm. We offer a warm countryside welcome, with something for every member of the family!

Come and enjoy seeing our farm animals in the fields and the farmyard. Walk our Farm Trail and say hello to the pigs and llamas, pet our rabbits and guinea pigs, and give our ponies and donkey a stroke and of course not forgetting dear Nellie, our shire horse.

Our wonderful play area is ready for young visitors with imagination and bags of energy! Our play barn, with hay bales, which the children can play on is great fun for the Under 12 year olds.

For the grown-ups, have a wander round our Gift Shop packed with beautiful homeware and traditional toys.

Pop by our award-winning Farm Shop, bringing you the finest Sussex meat, cheese, free-range eggs, milk, pickles, preserves, seasonal fruit and vegetables and much more besides.

A visit to our Cider Barn is a cider-drinker's idea of heaven. Sample and compare before you buy from a range of over 100 different draught ciders and perries. We also stock a huge range of Sussex beer and locally produced wine. Freshly pressed on site apple juice is also available.

After all that you may need a sit down with a cup of tea! Enjoy one of our daily homemade specials, children's lunch boxes, or treat yourself to a traditional cream tea in our Tearoom.
