Our stock is wide-ranging and eclectic with signed copies and gift editions as well as everyday reading: fiction, non-fiction and children's books and an unusually comprehensive Railway section.

We are a thriving hub for Chess with a board always available for passing players, and our cafe is always open for a hot drink, cake and ice-cream in the summer.
